KMB design studio provides landscape architectural design services for private Residential and private developement projects all over Southern California including San Diego, Riverside, and Orange Counties. 

 

Services include conceptual design, schematic design, construction documents, construction coordination with selected contractors, materials and color selection and coordination, plant ordering and also offers 3D renderings for Residential clients if desired. KMB design studio will prepare documents for HOA and City submittals and help with City or County processing. 

 

KMB design studio has worked with many residential clients all over Southern California inlcuding Corona del Mar, Dana Point, Orange, Yorba Linda, Irvine, Redondo Beach, Newport Beach,  Beverly Hills, Laguna Hills, Temecula, Corona and Rancho Penasquitos.

 

KMB design studio has worked with numerous private developers in Southern California including The Irvine Company, Irvine Commmunity Development Company, Shea Properties, Shea Homes, Veteran Affairs, Kaiser Permanente, Destination Resort and Hotels and more.

Pro Bono design

KMB design studio is rooted in giving back to the community in which we live. We are happy to help with Pro Bono projects. Pro bono publico is a Latin phrase that means “for the public good.” The term is generally used to describe professional work undertaken voluntarily and without payment as a public service. Unlike traditional volunteerism, pro bono uses the specific skills of professionals to provide services to those who are unable to afford them.

 

KMB dsign studio has completed projects for many people and organizations in need including Habitat for Humanity, Boys and Girls Club and local Historical Societies.

 

Public Development & Redevelopment design

KMB design studio has extensive experience designing and completing public projects all over Southern California for public and governement agencies.

 

Services include processing and entitlements, guideline development, project design review, conceptual design through construction documents, as well as public meetings and presentations and approvals.

 

KMB design studio has worked closely with The City of Irvine, City of Aliso Viejo, City of Anaheim and the former Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, City of Fullerton, and City of Beverly Hills.
