KMB designs studio completed the landscape design and construction documents for this affordable housing site located in Pittsburg, California.  The site consisted of four buildings that were designed and built from a modular system producing housing that was energy efficient and green construction. The modular construction shortened typical building time and decreased project costs. This project serves low and very low income residents.
